Hi 🙋🏻♀️ It’s been a hot minute!! I am back for the millionth time lol 😆 I guess love is what happens when you’re busy making other plans! I have had quite a year to say the least, not that I am any exception based on what a mess 2020 has been! That being said I feel awesome! They’re right when they say why doesn’t kill you make you stronger because I just hit 40 and I feel better than ever! So anyhow, for now I’m back and I just posted my 2021 Bullet Journal set up flip through on my YouTube channel so feel free to check it out if you’re into planning and doodling 😉 I hope you enjoy it! I’ll probably be posting a video at some point about the stationery I use the most but in case you need some suggestions to get you started here is a list of what I use the most! Bullet Journal 📔 from Stationnery Island 11,24€ - 120gsm paper https://stationeryisland.com/collections/bullet-journals/products/bullet-journal-a5-dotted-notebook-hardcover-120gsm-paper-180-pages-sunflower Recommended/used pens: Sakura Pigma Micron both the fine liners ( I have a whole set in 05 and I use the back one for everything: from doodling to writing! ) and the Brush Pens (Again I have a full set that I use for both lettering and coloring ). Sakura Gelly Roll : they are super cool and have sparkly ones that are great fun! They can be bought in sets. Tom Bow Brush Pen they are famous for a reason: they are great for lettering and coloring. Signo Uni-ball gel pen ( I like the 07 ones and have them in white, gold and silver ). #bujo #bulletjournal I had the great pleasure of being invited to discover this year’s Jo Malone Christmas collection by my favorite Jo Malone store in Barcelona (Ramblas de Cataluña) 2 weeks ago! I know, I know! I hear you! I should have posted this sooner, however when life gets in your way there isn’t much you can do, so this time around let’s just say that it’s better late than never ;) Without further ado let’s talk about the experience! The store is small yet welcoming so the event didn’t have a massive affluence but, to be honest, for me that is quite a good thing! There were enough people to make it feel nice and social without being overwhelming. We had a beautiful yet simple display of rose and citrus macaroons as well as Veuve Cliquot champagne that were inspired by the collection, however we’ll get into that later on ;) Last but definitely not least, the staff was incredibly welcoming as always and made everyone feel special and enchanted by the products! I’ll make a special mention of my longest term sales associate Mireia as well as Josean Perez who was there to introduce the collection to us! You can find him on Instagram so go and say hi :) @josean_p We also had the privilege of having a engraver present, should we want to personalize our purchases or gifts which I always enjoy doing! He was really nice and patient in addition to being quite talented :) See for yourselves below ;) Now without further ado let’s talk about the collection! This year’s inspiration was drawn from magic and Victorian times which translated into a gold, blue and green themed packaging that conveys luxury and elegance. The ambiance of the whole collection is a great combination of tradition and innovation which I hope to convey while presenting it to you. Let’s look at the packaging first: anyone who knows me would quickly understand why the royal blue and gold vibes would attract me , therefore saying that I find it pretty wouldn’t be of much help! However if you look into the overall look, I’d say I find the vertical green, blue and gold stripes are quite bold yet elegant which is totally in keeping with the Christmas esthetic without falling into the classic and stereotypical green/red/gold color palette. As far as I am concerned I appreciate the fact it doesn’t scream Christmas either, since I tend to like using the Christmas specials all year round! I may or may not have bought 3 White Moss and Snowdrop candles last year and may or may not have used them all year long... please do bring it back !! I love it!! Good thing I bought the perfume too ;D Jo Malone Christmas classics such as Pine and Eucalyptus and Orange Bitters have of course been included and given a golden makeover for the occasion! This year’s Christmas scent is Rose and Magnolia and to be perfectly clear I absolutely love it! It’s floral yet fresh and so not Christmasy yet perfect for it regardless! It’s quite surprising and enticing! The house describes it as “A sensual floral with a mysterious character. Some may even describe it as magic. Luminous magnolia and a duet of roses, blooming and enchanting. Alive under inky skies and the moon’s silver glow. A decadent heart of sweet and petaly Rose de Mai, warmed by the spicy opulence of Rose Damascena. Draped in sensuous patchouli and warm amber.” I agree! The fragrance is sensuous and magic! You definitely smell the sweetness with a fresh and floral yet spicy profile that is quite puzzling in the best way possible! The genius comes from the combination of the Damascene Rose and the Rose de Mai which while being two torse are worlds appart from each other when it comes to their smell! As fast as I am concerned Jo Malone has done it again: creating an elevated and curated Rose perfume that seduces and entices without falling into the overused and vulgar rose scented profiles you may find elsewhere! In my experience only 2 houses have pulled the hat trick of making me love their rose based perfumes when I typically dislike them with a passion and that’s Jo Malone as well as the Maison Christian Dior. One last comment before leaving you to have a look at the collection by yourselves and build your own opinions on it.
I am delighted to have been able to purchase my favorite Jo Malone fragrance in this beautiful French navy blue attire and that is English Pear and Freesia. It so happens my wedding bouquet was made of blue and white freesias which means i am reminded of that day each time I spray it and having it in a beautiful packaging just makes it that bit more special to me! Hello everyone! My latest video is up :) I am still working on the idea of 1 day, 1 palette, 1 look, in order to give some much deserved love to my extensive collection. Today I had a play with a limited edition palette from Nars that I really use despite its gorgeous colour story. I´m going smokier and pretty much more into cool tones that are rarely invited to the party! I hope you´ll enjoy it :) Have a look below to find a list of products used as well as the link to the video ^.^ VDL Satin veil & Lumilayer Primers both from Beautylish.com Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation from Sephora MAC Studio Fix powder foundation in NC25 from MAC Cosmetics Real techniques Buffing brush Chicuhodo X Beautylish brush Nars Man Ray eyeshadow palette Jaclyn Hill X Morphe brush sets from Morphe Kat Von D & Zoeva brushes can be bought at Sephora Kat Von D ink Liner at Sephora Nars Climax Mascara at Sephora Dior Nude Skin Highlight at Sephora Marc Jacobs liner in Fine wine at Sephora Nars blush in Sin at Sephora Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer at Sephora MAC Matte Lipstick in Love you back from MAC Cosmetics Ultra Matte Liquid lipstick in @me from the Zoella X ColourPop collection from ColourPop Hello friends :) I'm here to share my last video with you: a new try at the 1 palette, 1 day, 1 look series we started a little while ago! You can find it here! This time we're playing with the Too Faced Chocolate Gold Palette to create a smoky Purple and Pink look. To be fair I have not given enough love to this palette, which was an actual surprise for me from the start. I only bought it because I was invited to a launch masterclass at Sephora but it ended up being way more fun and versatile than I expected. First of all because the quality is probably one of the best I have tried from Too Faced and I tried most of their palettes in the last few years! The formula is creamy and really pigmented: a real pleasure to use, plus the colour is quite interesting and surprisingly versatile, despite the unexpected pops of colour :) Please find below the products I mentioned :) Kat Von D Lock it foundation in shade 48 Dior Nude Air Serum de teint in shade 30 Hourglass Veil Translucent Setting Powder RCMA No-color powder Too Faced Chocolate Gold Palette Hakuhodo Brushes Chikuhodo X Beautylish Cobla blue brush collection Morphe Brushes: from both Jaclyn Hill X Morphe and the Jeffrey Star X Morphe collections Kat Von D number 75 brush for my brows Urban Decay Afterglow blush in shade Fireball Colourpop Supershock Perlized in Lunch Money Hourglass Ambient Light Edit Palette Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On pencil in shade Perversion Nars Climax mascara Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk Nyx Lip oil Mac Fix+ setting spray Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer Hello again, today’s look is my birthday look :) I hope you enjoy getting ready with me ! The first one is an easy one, or should I say circumstantial: we are in September... Shhh! I can hear you thinking: "thank you, Captain Obvious!" Fair enough, it´s no ground breaking news or concept for that matter, but in my defence, September has really hit me hard this year! I'm kinda shocked that my birthday is already around the corner and my 39th at that! It´s my last year before hitting the big 40! How is that even possible? Oh well... 1st world problems! The fact I mentioned the fact its September already is mainly because it means Fall/autumn is around the corner hence I wanted to try and incorporate fall in a look without forcing me to leave summer totally behind. The second inspiration is my own makeup collection. I have an extensive collection compared to most people which is great when you love makeup as much as I do, but at the same time it inevitably means some items don't get as much attention as they deserve. So I have been doing a conscious effort to rekindle my love for palettes and products I don't often use. Lastly but definitely not least, the last inspiration is a little idea I have been wanting to put into practice on my YouTube channel, which is to make a look with a different palette in each video. I have been calling it informally: 1 day, 1 palette, 1 look and I am kinda liking the idea! It actually ties in with my will to revisit my makeup stash too so I guess it´s a win! ![]() So this time around we are playing with the Libertine Palette from Viseart. Have a look at the video and if you want to know which products I used, I am also listen them below a spermatozoon usual! Products mentioned and used:
The Libertine Palette from Viseart: here Teint Idôle Ultra wear in 01 Beige Albâtre : here Mac Matte Lipstick in Lady Danger : here Cheekathlon Palette from Benefit Cosmetics, this was a limited edition but they have one that I am liking a lot and dare I say prefer to the one I have... I may or may not be tempted lol :D Its the Cheekleaders Bronze Squad palette : here Morphe X Jaclyn Hill brushes : here RCMA No Color Powder : here ![]() Today I'm sharing with you my 2019 Summer Favorites: I am covering my skincare and makeup favorites as well as a couple of random favorites at the end :) Product links :)

It’s been a minute since I posted anything over here and there is no reason why that should be the case so we’re getting back into it! I’ve never posted anything bullet journal related, but hey there is a first for everything, right?! I have started to bullet journal at the end of last year and it has been a learning curve with a really fun and creative twist! Before you start thinking “oh dear! I can’t draw” here is a confession neither can I 🤣 I just have fun with it : there is no competition this is just for my own selfish enjoyment! I am not religious about bullet journaling at all and some weeks, if I’m honest, the spreads go a bit to waste when it comes to planning but the whole idea of bullet journaling for me is that the journal adapts to me and not the other way around. I wanted to have something that would allow me to be creative on a regular basis and bullet journaling was one of the things I tried out to see if it suited me. What I knew for a fact was that a regular agenda just didn’t work for me I ended up always wasting most of it and it wouldn’t inspire me due to the fact most of them where stuck in a certain style or theme. Almost a year down the line, it turns out bullet journaling did work for me! It’s neutral and flexible enough for me to just do what I want when I want with it. Some weeks I really focus on planning something and some other weeks I just fancy the drawing part of it which is totally ok! I use a Moleskine dotted journal just because I am very attached to the brand (Van Gogh used them and since I am a kid I enjoy using them because of that, regardless of how childish that may be!). The pages do transfer quite a lot so I took a thicker one in order to be able to glue them together whenever needed. I am not precious with it at all: I personalized it with washi tape and just throw it in my bag if I am moving around! I hope you found this short post useful in some way :) Ok, I hear you already: « what kind of a title is that?! »
