I was the little helper, soooo much fun!

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure to participate in a relaxed, fun and exciting cooking class with Catalan chef Bernat Badia Torra in collaboration with Le Creuset and hosted in the premises of the kitchen parafanalia shop called Cooking in carrer Provença, 246 in Barcelona.

We had 2 hours and 3 dishes to prepare and what dishes, oh my! Duck magret, wild mushrooms with fried egg cream and the most buttery beef tenderloin I ever tasted!

The group was fun and dynamic and the chef was just so down to earth and relaxed that you just couldn't help but feel at home and enjoy the whole experience with all your senses.

I had a lot of fun helping the chef and learned a few precious tips int he process :)

Ayer tube el inmenso placer de participar en una clase de cocina de lo mas divertidas y interesantes col el chef Catalán Bernat Badia Torra con la colaboración de Le Creuset y organizada en la tienda Cooking en Carrer Provença, 246 en Barcelona.

Tube la suerte de compartir el momento con un grupo dinámico y divertido que volvió la experiencia aun mas entretenida.

Los platos salieron riquísimos: magret de pato con salsa de uvas, meloso de ternera y cetas con crema de huevo frito!! ¡¡Que bueno estaba todo!!

Hier j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir participer à un atelier de cuisine avec le chef catalan Bernat Badia Torra avec la participa de Le Creuset et organisé par la boutique Cooking située sur carrer Provença 246 à Barcelone.

Le groupe était dynamique et très chaleureux ce qui à contribué à rendre l'expérience encore plus enrichissante.

Les recettes étaient très bien choisies, joignant les traditions françaises et catalanes avec goût. Nous avons cuisiné un magret de canard avec une sauce au raisin, des champignons sauvages accompagnés d'une crème d'œuf frit et un rôti tendre de bœuf avec une réduction aux échalotes. Simplement superbe !!!
